Campus Enterprises is NC State University's division of retail and hospitality organizationsNC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success. Purpose
To provide excellent customer service and experience to all guests shopping at Wolfpack Outfitters. Compensation
Students will start at a Tier 1 at $11 per hour. Eligible students will receive longevity raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises. Locations
Wolfpack Outfitters in Talley Student Union Work Schedule
Weekend hours will vary. Store hours - Sat & Sun - 10 am - 4 pm Federal Work-Study Eligible Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Providing front-line customer service and sales floor support Tendering out sales Online fulfillment Restocking and maintaining the sales floor Some light housekeeping, bending, standing for long durations, and light lifting. Essential Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks Retail and sales experience Great Attitude/Personality Ability to be punctual and professional Able to lift up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Requires standing for long periods, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing.
