Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data & Integration Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise systems landscape. This role focuses on data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across core business platforms. The ideal candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integrations and data flows between systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, eCommerce platforms, tax automation tools (Avalara), and 3PL/warehouse systems. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of API-based integrations and data hygiene best practices are required. Responsibilities
Reconcile and audit data across core systems (CRM, ERP, 3PL, eCommerce, etc.), conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies, and remediate issues Implement data hygiene processes to ensure high data quality and optimal use of data storage space (e.g., archiving historical records) Complete data loads to supplement and improve overall data quality Monitor dashboards and integration processes, and troubleshoot integration failures Support business users in resolving data- and integration-related questions Maintain and build integrations using tools such as Boomi, Salesforce Flow, Apex code or similar Act as a subject matter expert for data flows and integrations Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments to understand data needs Translate business requirements into technical specifications for integration and data projects Continuously evaluate business impact and security posture of data workflows and propose enhancements Support system upgrades and new technology integrations with minimal business disruption Own documentation of data flows, standards, and integration best practices Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, or active certifications in these platforms Experience with data extract/transform/load (ETL) pipelines Hands-on experience with IPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato) Proficiency with multiple data technologies & tools such as Excel, SQL, REST APIs, GraphQL Ability to program with Python is preferred, but the ability to learn quickly is acceptable Familiarity with XML and JSON data formats Strong understanding of integration techniques, best practices, security protocols, and data privacy regulations Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-centric approach Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience leading technical conversations with diverse stakeholders and translating between technical and non-technical audiences Preferred, But Not Required
Experience with Databricks and/or AWS S3 & Redshift Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and tax automation tools (Avalara) Knowledge of warehouse management systems and 3PL integrations Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Benefits
