Parker & Sons is currently seeking a Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling, creating routes and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair.

THIS SHIFT IS FROM 9AM - 6PM Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do? Route jobs created by the call center to technicians for Plumbing Services Answer incoming requests from technicians via phone or email regarding the job they are on or attempting to dispatch to Answer incoming requests from the call center and other departments via email, phone, Teams chats, etc. Audit information listed in jobs to determine information is accurate regarding type of service and equipment to assign to the appropriate technician Manage the dispatch board by monitoring technicians progress throughout their day and keeping in communication on follow ups and job extensions Communicate with customers on job updates including delays, move up attempts and reschedules Minimal additional administrative duties Qualifications:
Do I have What it takes? Dispatch and/or Customer Service experience required Knowledge of the Phoenix Metropolitan area for best routing practices Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Word and Excel Maintain positive outlook even in stressful situations Attention to detail Strong phone presence Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Deliver world class customer service Be flexible with seasonal working hours Be self-motivated Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
