HR Generalist
with hands-on experience in
ADP . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about growing their career in
payroll and benefits administration , and who brings a strong
financial acumen
to support strategic HR and compensation initiatives. Role & Responsibilities
Administer and process payroll accurately and timely using
ADP Workforce Now
or similar platforms. Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries. Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports for compliance, audits, and leadership insights. Assist in compensation analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting related to HR functions. Ensure compliance with Federal/State laws and regulations Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Your Unique Skills
1+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on
payroll and benefits
preferred. Proficiency in
ADP HR systems
or willingness to learn ADP. Strong analytical skills and
financial acumen ; comfortable working with numbers and reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Benefits
