The primary focus will be to ensure seamless integration of the brand into EHR systems at priority accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in ambiguity, and can serve as both a strategic partner and an outcomes-driven professional. Responsibilities include developing and implementing customer-specific plans, collaborating with the broader Matrix team (Marketing, Access, and Sales), and acting as a subject matter expert in Health IT for both internal and external stakeholders. The role involves working closely with end users, clinicians, IT, informatics teams, and EHR managers to identify and address patient safety gaps related to EHR systems. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent required; Masters Degree preferred At least 4 years of experience with healthcare software such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or within a health system informatics group Certifications like CAHIMS, CHTS, CHISP, CPHIMS, or Epic highly recommended Deep knowledge of healthcare IT, data mining, and compendium updates Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills Ability to work independently and efficiently within a matrix organization Valid drivers license
