We offer a curated selection of designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories, providing consignors a way to earn extra cash and shoppers the opportunity to find high-end fashion at exceptional prices. In 2001, we expanded our offerings with Well Suited for Men, specializing in designer men's clothing, shoes, and accessories. Later, we introduced My Sister's Attic, where you can discover fine interior and exterior furniture, home decor, and art. What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic, fashion-forward individual to join our team as an In-Store Sales & Social Media Live Shopping Host. This hybrid role blends traditional retail sales with modern social selling by engaging customers both in-store and online. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, passionate about fashion and resale, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities: In-Store Sales Greet and assist customers with a high level of personalized service. Build customer relationships and develop a loyal client base. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and new arrivals. Support floor organization, restocking, merchandising, and tagging. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Social Media Live Hosting Plan and host engaging social media live shopping sessions to showcase merchandise. Present product features, styling tips, and promotional information in a compelling, on-brand manner. Coordinate with the marketing team for product selection, scheduling, and content themes. Respond to live customer questions and comments in real-time to boost engagement. Track performance of live sessions and suggest improvements. Qualifications 12 years of retail sales experience; fashion or consignment experience a plus. Comfortable and confident speaking on camera with a strong presence. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram Live. Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about fashion and styling. Availability to work weekends and peak retail hours as needed. Skills Experience with social selling, influencer marketing, or live-stream platforms. Understanding fashion trends and styling techniques. Familiarity with consignment or secondhand retail is highly desirable. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. as needed. Important Notes: Hourly DOE: We offer competitive pay plus potential for commissions and bonuses for those that are eligible.
