A&Ms Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice focuses on serving private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the US. PEPI services include Merger Integration & Carve-Outs, Interim Management, IT, Rapid Results, Supply Chain, and CFO Services. Responsibilities

Director-level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations within the engagement context. Lead the entire IMO or a focus area within the Integration Management Office (IMO) Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, Executive Reporting, Integration Roadmap, Communications, Organizational Design (depending on deal size). Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for PE clients and their portfolio companies. Provide interim functional management as required. Lead Day 1 and Day 100 Planning, execution and drive performance improvement in key areas: strategic planning, operational optimization/consolidation, back office consolidation, supply chain, IT/reporting integration, and customer/channel management. Actively drive performance improvement assessments across the enterprise and oversee implementation of recommendations. Track progress against Day 1/Day 100 objectives and adjust integration strategies or personnel as needed. Oversee quality of deliverables and manage teams and day-to-day client relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Contribute to business development by developing and presenting proposals for new work. Lead small engagements or components of large engagements when appropriate. Practice Development & Eminence: develop practical solutions, methodologies, and thought leadership; contribute to public speaking and knowledge sharing. People Development: coach, assist in staffing processes, participate in recruitment and retention activities, and support delivery teams in local offices. Qualifications

10+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration, divestitures, business transformation, and change management. Experience in integration planning and divestitures is a plus but not required. Experience leading one or more work streams in a business transformation. Deep functional expertise in Finance & Accounting operations; HR/Organizational design; Leadership and Stakeholder Involvement; Communications planning and management; Supply Chain/Operations; Sales force effectiveness; Marketing optimization; Pricing/Margin/Mix optimization; Knowledge Management and Transfer; successful revenue/profitability initiatives. Program management and leadership experience; experience designing and leading change/communications strategies. MBA preferred; Excellent oral and written communications skills; initiative and drive; critical thinking; flexibility to travel at least 75% of the time. Employment details

The salary range is $150,000 - $225,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is offered.
