Jack Henry is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Platform Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions that support digital transformation for community banks and credit unions. This role involves advanced development using Apex and Lightning components, optimizing multi-cloud architecture, and driving automation across CRM, CPQ, and CLM platforms. Candidates will also explore AI-driven enhancements and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. This is a remote position; candidates must be located in one of the following metro areas: Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL; or Cedar Falls, IA. The base salary for this position is $95,000 with a total compensation target of $135,000. What youll be responsible for
Defines system components, integrations, and frameworks that support business requirements. Implements complex triggers, batch processing, and asynchronous jobs for high-performance solutions. Implements exception handling, unit testing, and best coding practices. Designs reusable components, frameworks, and libraries. Ensures efficient data modeling, platform governance, and code optimization for scalability. Implements best practices for sales platform multi-cloud architecture and cross-system integrations. Explores and implements AI-driven solutions. Drives automation and efficiency improvements within CRM, CPQ, and CLM applications. Performs other duties as assigned. What youll need to have
Minimum 5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a programmatic development position. Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, or integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs). Strong knowledge of customizations using declarative tools, such as flows. Demonstrated ability to define and enforce technical design patterns, code review standards, and scalable architecture principles. Strong understanding of data modeling, object relationships, sharing models, or security architecture. Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with administrators, business analysts, and cross-functional teams. Nice to have
Bachelors degree in software engineering or computer science preferred. Mastery in designing and managing CRM application multi-cloud architecture. Familiarity with CPQ and CLM. Strong foundational and practical knowledge in AI and automation to enhance platform functionality and business value.
