Pembina Pipeline Corporations Jamestown office is recruiting for a Field Office Administrator to join the team. This position reports to the Supervisor, Field Administration, and will support the TBU (Transmission Business Unit) team. Location: Jamestown, ND; Rugby, ND; Palermo, ND; New Ulm, MN; Bird Island, MN; Minot, ND; Carrington, ND; Valley City, ND; Wimbledon, ND; Fairmount, ND. Requisition ID: 28290. This position will require an individual who is engaged, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of cross-training on a variety of tasks to provide relief coverage. The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position and hold a valid drivers license. A pre-employment background check, criminal record check, drug screen, and fit-for-duty exam may be required. Responsibilities

Reception: answer telephone and radio calls, sign in visitors, and provide excellent customer service. Budget maintenance, accruals and forecasting in Excel and SAP. Create and edit reports and documents; general word processing, filing, and mail distribution. Fleet/Vehicle Administration: telematics, reporting, coordinating with Fleet team on orders and maintenance scheduling. LMS management: schedule training, upload documents, maintain training calendar, distribute reports. Create and maintain Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP. Invoice processing: Goods Receipts, Service Entry Sheets; coordinate with SCM & AP for timely payment. Provisioning: set up profiles, access, cards; assist onboarding for new hires. Maintain Teams shifts and team calendars. Enter safety statistics and generate reports in Power BI and Excel-based tools. Maintain SharePoint site: upload documents, create folders and files. Assist with corporate credit card reconciliation, travel planning and booking. Assist with Community Investment activities: track costs, review opportunities with Area Supervisor, assist with funding applications. Attend Operations and Safety meetings: take minutes, facilitate meetings and develop presentations. Assist Planner/Scheduler with parts pickup/delivery, package receipt and ordering as required. Provide backup administrative support during vacations or sick leave; attend mandatory safety training. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity of processes or systems; other duties as requested. Qualifications

Minimum of a High School diploma; a Business Administration certificate/diploma or related post-secondary education is an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint; advanced in Outlook and MS Teams. SAP experience is an asset; Power BI, Intellex, Bluebeam or Adobe experience is an asset. Valid Drivers License required. Self-starter with strong work ethic; ability to multitask with attention to detail and accurate data entry. Strong verbal and written communication; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Advanced time management to balance priorities; ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Tenacious, adaptable with focus on continuous improvement; able to influence and maintain a positive work environment. The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country and may be subject to pre-employment background checks including Criminal Records, Drug Screen (including marijuana metabolites), and Fit for Duty exam.
