Manager-Marketing Core Service Lines
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a ManagerMarketing Core Service Lines to join our team. The ManagerMarketing Core Service Lines develops and executes integrated consumer marketing strategies designed to achieve brand awareness and volume growth across core regional service lines for HSHS ministries system-wide, as well as Physician Enterprise. Through the day-to-day management of marketing department colleagues, processes, budgets, and campaigns, this position leads the efforts for the Core Service Lines in Illinois. Position Specifics: Department: Marketing Core Function: Corporate Services Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk Facility: IL Divisional Building Location: Springfield, IL, Hybrid Compensation that aligns with your experience Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is required. Associates degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field and 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Experience Qualifications: 5 years' experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations is required. This is in addition to the experience required in lieu of the education requirement. 3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required. 3 years of strategy development experience is preferred. 3 years of experience in a healthcare system marketing department is preferred.
