Advent Talent Group is seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Support team member to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment, enjoys helping others, and is highly organized.

Onsite Minneapolis, MN Salary:
$20-$25 per hour Responsibilities
Reception & Hospitality: Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and guests; Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, voicemail, and deliveries; Maintain a clean and secure lobby area; Provide helpful resources and directions to guests; Coordinate service requests and parking validations. Administrative Support: Order and manage office supplies, business cards, and name plates; Assist with catering logistics and travel arrangements; Support company vehicle lease management and vendor coordination; Reconcile invoices and maintain vendor relationships. Additional Support (As Needed): Calendar and travel assistance for select executives; Handle legal documents and compliance inboxes; Assist with HR communications and light project support. Qualifications
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred. Minimum 2 years of receptionist or related experience. Strong communication and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote). Ability to multitask and manage frequent interruptions. Benefits
