We are seeking a Global Portfolio Marketing Manager to own the Direct Expansion portfolio of our Thermal Management business unit. The Global Portfolio Marketing Manager supports the Global Thermal Portfolio Marketing Manager by being an expert on customer applications, market trends, competitive landscape, buyer personas, and product positioning. Responsibilities include developing value propositions, creating marketing collateral, enabling sales, and executing go-to-market plans to achieve business and revenue goals. Responsibilities Own product COE relationship as SPOC and act as product expert for positioning, competition, market trends, value propositions, and marketing initiatives. Create compelling content supporting portfolio marketing strategies for launches and promotions. Serve as SME on marketing content, including written, media, events, and planning. Manage product messaging and expertise to drive campaigns and sales enablement. Conduct competitive analysis and develop positioning strategies. Research market and industry trends, providing insights to marketing and offering management teams. Collaborate with sales and offering management to develop effective sales tools and strategies. Present marketing initiatives, plans, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams. Support regional marketing programs to address market opportunities and customer needs. Develop and improve customer-facing collateral such as datasheets, brochures, and website content. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in B2B product marketing or management, engineering background a plus. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Experience with data analysis and effective communication tailored to different audiences. Goal-oriented, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, capable of delivering results. Collaborative team player with strategic messaging skills. Ability to develop marketing strategies for pipeline creation, upsell, cross-sell, and account-based marketing. Excellent project prioritization and under-pressure work skills. Proactive communication with attention to detail. Quick learner of technical concepts. Problem solver with enthusiasm and persistence. Organized, process-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, able to own and complete projects. Knowledge of data center solutions and industry trends.
Travel
Approximately 10% travel required.
