This role involves providing one-on-one care to clients, focusing on engagement and assistance with daily living tasks. You may be required to assist with community access, domestic assistance, engagement activities and more. Successful candidates will have the following: Current industry knowledge and skills Strong understanding of the Aged Care and NDIS Standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team High level of time management and organisational ability Flexibility Willingness to participate in further education opportunities Preferred Skills
Preferred: Current or willingness to obtain medication qualification Understanding of the local geographical area
