GEICO . For more information, please .**Position Description**GEICO is seeking an experienced Sr. Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI org. This person will play key roles for the development of Geicos virtual assistant platform that elevates the productivity for 30K+ internal associates and the customer experience for millions of policyholdersbuild centralized services that ensure seamless ingestion and consumption of internal knowledge and contextual data, giving AI agents comprehensive and up-to-update information to determine optimal next steps. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of building high performance AI/ML platform & systems, with hands-on experience and deep enthusiasm for Generative AI and related ecosystems.**Responsibilities:** Own development of key platform components that power end-to-end GenAI agentic workflows. Examples include semantic knowledge graph, search, workflow orchestration, agent & workflow evaluation, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, product managers, designers to gather requirements, define project scope and prioritize feature backlogs for high impact business use cases. Establish pragmatic visions & roadmaps that balance business outcome, product release timelines and engineering excellence.**Basic Qualifications**10+ years of experience designing and building AIML platform and systems utilizing components such as vectordb (e.g. Qdrant, Milvus, etc.), knowledge graph (e.g. neo4j), data warehouse (e.g. snowflake), streaming platform (e.g. Kafka), relational database (e.g. postgres sql), workflow orchestration (e.g. Airflow, Temporal).
