The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.83/hr. Responsibilities include maintaining an accurate warehouse inventory count, researching receiving & shipping discrepancies, checking product recall and expired products, receiving customer returns and putting away of returns, proof of deliveries, manufacturer returns, unit of measure research, working directly with purchasing, accounts payable, customer service, accounts receivable, and the sales force and warehouse. Specific duties include checking the location of products in the OMNI system, verifying receiving receipts from accounts payable, performing cycle counts on RF units, researching inventory discrepancies & resolving, researching customer service errors (pick errors, over ships, etc.), performing customer service counts (customer shipments), researching and correcting accounts payable discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory locations and moving inventory locations as required, conducting product rotation according to Company policies and procedures, counting or verifying freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation, performing work on pick and put away discrepancies report, researching unit of measure errors, checking, receiving, breaking down, and separating incoming customer returns and returns to inventory, and assembling, packing, and shipping manufacturer and/or vendor returns; initiating required debit memo.
