Our Sr Engineer is a key member of the Mobility Management platform engineering staff working across the organization to provide a frictionless experience to our customers and maintain the highest standards of protection and availability. Position Responsibilities Learn and apply concepts, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and other technology Familiarity with scoping, designing, and building scalable, resilient distributed systems Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle Utilize programming languages like Python, PowerShell, or other object-oriented languages, SQL, and NoSQL databases Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams Build product definition and use your technical skills to drive towards the right solution Analysis and estimation skills Assure 24x7 support for systems Participate in design sessions and code/script reviews to elevate engineering quality across the organization Provide business and IT customers with operational support for MDM solutions (Intune, Ivanti, SCCM, etc.) for Windows, Macs, and Linux devices Build and deploy business solutions in different MDM solutions (Intune, Ivanti, SCCM, etc.) Build product definitions and drive toward the right solution

Qualifications

Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems Experience with operational portals such as Azure Portal Experience with microservices architecture and extensible REST APIs Experience with Fiddler Experience with security protocols and products such as Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and/or OAuth Familiarity with Datacenter structure and Azure platform native services Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle Understanding of DevOps concepts, cloud architecture, and Azure DevOps Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex efforts across functional areas Familiarity with Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD), authentication, and enterprise networks Strong MS Office skills, including PowerBI Ability to manage projects with milestones, due dates, and priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences Strong problem-solving ability and device log analysis Programming experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, BASH, or Python) Experience with MDM platforms (Intune, Ivanti, SCCM, etc.)

Experience in maintenance of virtual workstation platforms (Citrix, VDI, and/or AVD) Experience with security configuration management (GPOs and CSPs) Experience in automating processes for User and Device management Experience with OS and third-party patch management Experience with enterprise documentation authoring and design Experience with Cloud Services Administration (Azure, AWS, etc.) Understanding of monitoring concepts and tools (e.g., Aternity, MS Insight, Endpoint Analytics) Understanding of DevOps concepts including Azure DevOps Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Experience with vendor support management Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS900) desired

Experience

4+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms for iOS and Android 4+ years of experience administrating app development and lifecycle through MDM 4+ years of experience integrating MDM with identity and access management systems 2+ years of non-internship experience with Intune Administration

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

Annual Salary

$105,000.00 - $215,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final salary offer. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidates experience, education, training, work location, and market considerations.
