We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in winning new business within IT staffing services. Position Summary: This role requires a true sales huntersomeone who thrives on generating leads, acquiring new logos, and closing staffing deals. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, be committed to long-term growth with our organization, and be based in the DallasFort Worth area, with the ability to work in the office 12 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing and consulting services. Generate and close new client accounts (New Logo acquisition). Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Local to DallasFort Worth, TX

and willing to be in the office 12 days a week. Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in IT staffing services business development. Strong hunter mentality with success in new client acquisition. Stable and consistent work history (no short-term/consulting assignments). Ability to commit 40 hours/week to our organization exclusively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Existing local client network in the DFW market. Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
