Director of Institute Relations
to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our Responsive Classroom Advertised Institutes. This role is critical in ensuring that every institute meets CRS mission-driven goals while delivering an exceptional experience for participants and partners. What Youll Do
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, youll oversee all aspects of institute planning and operations, from maintaining an 18-month calendar to building partnerships with host sites and schools. Youll analyze outcomes, manage logistics, and ensure continuous improvement across the program. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and managing an 18-month Advertised Institute calendar.
Overseeing venue site selection, contracting, and host-site relationship management.
Coordinating logistics such as catering, technology, shipping, and inventory.
Collecting and analyzing institute data to measure success and inform future planning.
Engaging with schools, districts, and host sites to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborating with marketing and using Salesforce/HubSpot to manage outreach and lead generation.
Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless participant experience.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum two years of progressive leadership experience planning large-scale events.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred).
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
Regular, in-person attendance at our Turners Falls, MA office.
Ability to travel frequently by airplane and automobile.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Occasional evening or weekend work to support institute schedules.
