EvaluatorEM Advising Tools & Assessment Enrollment Management

Review, analyze, interpret, and process academic information to facilitate student clarity, enrollment, and degree progression. Essential Functions

Ability to operate entry-level to mid-range digital presses to fulfill standard print requests, can demonstrate basic technical skills Create, encode and maintain degree programs Maintain accurate, up-to-date course and credit-based information for students in all UC academic programs Manage and plan daily operational activities that support student clarity (i.e., determine course equivalency rules; encode course or test data; sustain credit evaluation workflow, etc.) Interpret and monitor course and test information, transcript data, audit source descriptions, and respond to student and advisor inquiries Maintain, update and test software and data systems (i.e. advising and student information tools, etc.) Generate reports, analyze and interpret data Develop and implement procedures and train new evaluator staff as needed, in conjunction with director(s) May provide training for faculty, advisors, and staff Act as liaison with campus departments and colleges, students, admissions, registration, advisors, faculty and staff Function as a member of a team to ensure the proper workflow and outcomes of the unit. Collaborate with UC advising community colleagues to advance quality advising practice Maintain compliance with state, local, federal and University policies and guidelines including ODHE Transfer Assurance Guides (TAGS), Ohio Transfer Module (OTM) and University General Education requirements Perform related duties based on departmental need.
