ProSidian Seeks a K2 BlackPearl Workflow & Forms Technology Professional / K2 SME (Contract Contingent) located In Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) "to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of A Federal Government Agency. The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of A Federal Agency's Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of A Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities. This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures. This is Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary. The ideal K2 BlackPearl Workflow & Forms Technology Professional / K2 SME (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The ProSidian Engagement Team. Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: B.S. in Computer Science, Operations Research, or equivalent experience in related field is required. Must have an additional 5-7 years of experience with process analysis, application development, and required application environments (i.e. programming languages, databases, operating systems, hardware, and telecommunications). Minimum of 1 year prior supervisory experience is required. Experience developing workflows in SharePoint designer and InfoPath forms is required. Some knowledge of SharePoint Administration is an asset. Experience with K2 workflows and Smart Forms is a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is required along with good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze multiple, complex process flows in a business environment, multiple, complex process flows referring to the concurrent analysis of at least two independent process flows, each of which simultaneously affects three or more functional areas of the business environment. Ability to design and develop multiple, complex application systems in a client-server environment, multiple complex application systems referring to the concurrent design and development of at least two independent complex application systems, each of which involves ten or more distinct application programs. Ability to manage multiple, complex application projects and/or project teams is required. REQUIREMENTS --5 - 8 years of experience in developing .NET Web and / or Windows applications. --Good understanding of OOD, data structures, multi-threading. --Must be familiar with Design Patterns. --Strong hands on experience with of ASP.NET, C# /VB, MVC, SQL, SQL Server --Proficient in jQuery, Json, Angular JS, Ajax, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS. --1+ years of hands on workflow development with K2 BlackPearl Workflow & Forms technologies. Must be able to work in a development and support environment --Ability to develop workflow processes using K2 BlackPearl Workflow & Forms technologies --Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 and 2013 portal as well as other Team Collaboration Software platforms --Development knowledge of web form and applications (using ASP.NET) Additional Information
