$51,000 to $63,000 per year Schedule:

Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts. What You'll Do

Lead Training & Development:

Deliver comprehensive, engaging training sessions for all warehouse staff, covering everything from foundational skills to advanced procedures. You'll use both classroom instruction and hands-on, one-on-one coaching. Mentor & Coach:

Play a key role in mentoring our Warehouse Leads and Senior Forklift Operators, helping to foster their career progression by assigning learning plans, tracking development, and recommending them for advancement. Manage the Process:

Coordinate and manage training schedules, skills assessments, and job shadowing for all new hires and existing staff. You'll maintain accurate records that are easily accessible for audits and reviews. Drive Safety & Excellence:

Collaborate with leadership and HR to identify training needs and develop site-specific materials. You'll support safety and compliance initiatives by delivering relevant training and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Build Relationships:

Foster a positive employee relations culture and work with other teams to maintain a high-performance environment. Travel as Needed:

Be prepared to travel up to

10%

of the time to other CJ facilities to support training needs. What You'll Bring

A high school diploma or equivalent GED with relevant experience. A current forklift certification with full proficiency in operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts. At least 3 years of training experience in a warehouse or similar environment. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on forklift experience. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a strong understanding of warehouse best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead others. A collaborative spirit and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a variety of warehouse conditions. Prior experience with Blue Yonder, RedPrairie, or Krber is a plus.
