Overview
As a Field IT Support Technician, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle to travel to customer sites. You will have an assigned territory and will attend a paid training program in College Station, Texas. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures. Requirements
Technical associates degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of technical experience (hardware/networking) Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis Must be able to attend a paid training class in Texas Must have a valid drivers license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years Good communication skills Customer service experience A+ and/or Network+ certified is a plus Ability to travel, with hotel stays, up to 25% of the time Benefits
