Position Title: Information Technology Specialist Location: Holy Trinity Diocesan High School, Hicksville, NY Reports To: Principal Position Overview

Holy Trinity High School, a Catholic high school in the Diocese of Rockville Centre, is seeking an Information Technology Specialist. The Information Technology Specialist will be a critical role in supporting Holy Trinity's commitment to academic excellence through upholding and sustaining the technology infrastructure at the school. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, and be committed to Holy Trinity's mission and long-standing tradition of academic excellence. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and envisioning innovative solutions for Holy Trinity's technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Faith & Mission Ensure school technology use reflects the mission of Catholic education Support Administration, Faculty, Staff, Students, and all members of the school community in a way that promotes the dignity of each person

Student Information Oversight

Oversee and maintain Student Information System, including support of Administration, Faculty, Staff, Students, and Parents in their use of the system Coordinate NYS Reporting, NCEA Reporting, and Mandated Services Assist Guidance Department in providing information for Naviance, College Board, and other academic programs

Educational Technology Management and Support

Oversee and manage Google Workspace for Education environment and other educational technology applications Coordinate Chromebook program, including distribution and maintenance of devices Create and monitor use of Google Workspace accounts Support faculty in their use of SMART products and software and other technological applications and devices Conduct training as needed in use of educational technology Collaborate with administration in the development of school technology long-range planning and development

Technology Infrastructure Support

Manages and directs systems that support and assist users at all sites in computer, software, network, and system functions Coordinates with technology support vendors to maintain network and infrastructure Provides everyday support and troubleshooting to administration, faculty, staff, and students in their use of the school's technology Oversee procurement and management of school technology Manage school security technology

Communication & Collaboration

Oversee and maintain school's platforms for communication within the school community and among Holy Trinity's supporters Assist in maintenance of the school website Support marketing, recruitment, and admissions processes as needed Communicate in a professional, clear, and timely manner with all members of the Holy Trinity community

Qualifications

A practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the teachings of the Church and the mission of Catholic education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Experience in supporting technology within a school environment Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people

Salary for this position is commensurate with experience, with a range of $69,000 to $78,000. Full benefits package available if elected. Standard working hours are 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with flexibility for events outside the school day as needed based on school scheduling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
