Like every team at OpenAI, the Marketing team contributes to our broader mission of ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence. With that aim in mind, we are responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for OpenAI's products and platform amongst our core audiences. Our focus extends beyond just promoting product features; we aim to provide valuable insights and resources that help our users make the most out of AI technologies. As we make ChatGPT even better for workfrom strengthening enterprise-grade security and compliance to launching new connectorsyou'll shape the messaging, assets, and launch strategy that resonate with business decision-makers and professional users. Beyond creating customer-facing materials, you'll also ensure our go-to-market (GTM) teams are equipped to guide organizations on how to get the most value from these new features. In this role, you will: Lead product launches: Define messaging, assets, and launch strategy for new features in ChatGPT Team and Enterprisespanning admin and compliance updates, workspace collaboration, and connectors. Create high-impact content: Develop scalable, audience-specific materials tailored to business decision-makers and professional users. Own customer comms: Craft and manage customer communications (emails, release notes, in-product updates) that showcase new features and boost engagement. Enable sales & success: Provide GTM teams with customer-facing assets, training, and internal guides to position features effectively and accelerate deals. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, creative, growth, GTM, and enablement teams to set launch goals and deliver successful outcomes. You might thrive in this role if you: Have 8+ years of product marketing in SaaS or B2B tech Already use AI like a pro to create content, refine messaging, and do research Have a proven track record of creating compelling content (decks, videos, web pages, blogs) Value precision in language and can distill complex concepts into simple, compelling messages Have experience enabling sales and customer success teams with content and live training Work well across teamsproduct, engineering, design, GTMand communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams Are comfortable taking on ambiguous, complex projects and driving them to completion with minimal guidance Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent launches Proactively find ways to get things done, even with incomplete information or evolving constraints Experience working with large enterprise customers and selling to IT personas (CIOs, IT leaders, technical admins) OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
