Position: Marketing Coordinator The marketing coordinator will demonstrate a firm understanding of the proposal/procurement process within the AEC industry. This role involves leading pursuit teams in developing proposals and presentations to position KCI to win projects across various service lines. The ideal candidate will learn our services, unique value propositions (UVPs), and corporate structure to effectively showcase the firms qualifications and secure new projects. The candidate must be an excellent time manager, capable of managing multiple pursuits simultaneously, and motivated by growth opportunities.

Qualified candidates will have experience working within architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, or similar industries. The marketing coordinator will: Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists that list client submission requirements and identify proposal team action items. Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision (preferred). Demonstrate experience with Adobe InDesign. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred. Understand the SF 330 / Architect-Engineer Qualifications process (experience preferred). Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign responsibilities, and establish deadlines. Prepare presentations and coach technical teams for client interviews. Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database. Maintain accurate records by entering and updating personnel and project information in the CRM database. Collaborate with technical project managers and marketing content/support teams to develop materials highlighting KCIs staff and capabilities. Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials. Work with the marketing content team to develop high-impact graphics for proposals and presentations. Provide quality control (QC) review of marketing proposals. Print, assemble, and ship proposals or prepare electronic submission files as needed. Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information. DOT proposal experience is highly preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred). Pre-employment drug screening is required. Background and motor vehicle checks may be necessary based on the position.
