New York, US Responsibilities

Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, our Brand Marketing Assistant will support our US marketing team in driving the brand marketing strategy and performance for BYOMA, making sure all internal parties are aligned and working towards the same goals. You will help drive initiatives and plans to drive brand awareness, recruit new consumers and support sales growth in North America. Brand Marketing:

Support in the creation and coordination of multichannel brand and marketing campaigns across NPD and evergreen campaigns. Support daily operations across the brand team, such as managing POs, product ordering, and press gifting. Influencer/ Social Media:

Manage UGC content creation, including drafting campaign briefs, communicating with influencers and cross functional team members, and agencies. Respond to inbound requests for gifting, briefing, and sampling. Assist with ideation, filming, editing, and engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Events & Activation Support:

Support the planning and execution of influencer and PR events, including but not limited to creative ideations, vendor sourcing, and on-the-ground support. Own brand sampling activations and promotional activity.

What were looking for

1+ years of experience in paid/organic influencer marketing, PR, and events. Overarching knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook & TikTok, and emerging platforms. Deep understanding of the digital communications landscape & affiliate marketing. Strong organizational skills & detail-oriented. Ability to build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships. Existing relationships with editors, press, and makeup artists. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Its a bonus if youve had any experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers, and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools.
