Must be bilingual in English and Spanish High school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of customer service, call center, or related experience with inbound call handling Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate clearly with callers Ability to handle irate callers and stressful situations professionally Excellent phone skills Ability to resolve customer issues with minimal management intervention Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; Access is a plus Responsibilities:

Respond accurately to calls from consumers, service centers, and distributors regarding company policies and procedures Verify and authorize warranty coverage for callers Provide guidance on warranty and non-warranty service issues Resolve customer issues while maintaining policy compliance Provide information on parts purchase locations and repair services Coordinate with internal teams on warranty claims, stock issues, and freight concerns Enter orders, provide pricing, and update customers on order status Perform other duties as assigned
