Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Shipping/Receiving Clerk assures the shipment of parts in an orderly fashion, so the shipments arrive on time and in good condition according to customer demands. (3rd SHIFT - 11PM-7AM) Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Update Parts+ and/or customer portal after each ASN sent. BOL / Manifest / Cover Sheet Process. Update and maintain shipping control board throughout shift in an accurate manner Conduct driver check-in and direct drivers to selected dock. Maintain communication with customer base in relation to shipments and other needed communication 5S and maintain cleanliness in office Fill out the shortage tracker for daily materials meeting Verify scan vs pick for all shipments and alert shipping supervisor of any shortages Update any daily hot sheets for customer base Generate and update pick sheets as needed Set-up small parcel shipments and LTL shipments Review Toyota Jit/Kan-ban report at the start of every shift and report out issues Access to Toyota Portal to print Manifest/Kanban Understand 862 releases and DELJIT reports to make decisions on shipments Qualifications
