We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Retail & Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving impactful retail marketing programs and supporting product marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, increase sell-through, and engage customers across key retail channels. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with operational precision, bringing campaigns to life in-store and online, ensuring product launches are flawlessly executed, and aligning closely with sales, creative, PR, social, and HQ teams to deliver results. Trade Marketing
Support the development and execution of the annual and seasonal marketing calendar in collaboration with the sales department and channel teams for Amazon and Sephora. Focus on product launches, promotional activities, sampling initiatives, and collateral support in retail channels. Manage the annual and quarterly promotion plans, including sampling and Gift with Purchase (GWP) strategies, with sales and education teams to boost retail performance. Develop plans for store events, including creating event toolkits and coordinating with the education team on activation protocols to engage customers in retail environments. Partner with HQ, design agencies, and graphic designers to develop Visual Merchandising for new store openings, renovations, and product launches, ensuring effective presentation in stores. Liaise with the PR team to align communication priorities with the broader brand strategy, focusing on retail presence and customer engagement. Assist with planning and reconciling marketing budgets for retail-related activities, ensuring effective resource allocation for campaigns, events, and merchandising. Research and analyze market trends, competitive launches, and retail activities to stay ahead of industry shifts and optimize retail strategies. Product Marketing
Work closely with Korean-based HQ to address local market needs and provide support for product development. Ensure timely delivery of product development, copy, and global assets for new products. Confirm new product pricing, cost, and forecasts to support product launches. Conduct sales and data analysis to inform business strategy and provide recommendations for product portfolio optimization. Collaborate with Demand Planning teams to track production schedules and manage ongoing inventory levels for product availability. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of local product marketing plans, ensuring alignment across departments. Work with the education team to develop brand and product training tools, event protocols, and educational collateral that support product knowledge for both internal teams and customers. Research and analyze market trends, competitive product launches, and activities to inform product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Prepare and develop marketing meeting decks and product info sheets in collaboration with cross-functional teams for launches, ensuring alignment on key product messaging and strategies. Qualifications
35 years of experience in retail marketing, product marketing, or related field within the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industry. Proven experience managing marketing calendars, retail activations, and product launches from concept to execution. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with global or regional HQ teams, navigating time zones and cultural differences. Solid understanding of retail merchandising, promotional strategies, and event planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales and market data to guide decisions. Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
