Patient check-in for procedures and clinical appointments, including: Verifying and updating contact and insurance info Collecting new patient paperwork, consents, HIPAA forms Scanning IDs and insurance cards into EMR Annual updates for established patients Additional tasks assigned by front desk lead: Filling provider schedules Printing and prepping procedure packets Supporting paperwork flow for upcoming procedure days
