We are seeking a talented summer intern hire who is currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university and will be given work related to that degree area. Basic skill requirements will include knowledge, experience, or a desire to learn Linux System Administration. Candidate must have good communication skills as well as be able to work well within a team environment under supervision from senior System Administrators. Basic Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related degree from an accredited college Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access Ability to work well in an Agile team environment Desired Skills: Existing SECRET clearance Experience with Linux system administration or computer technical support Experience in software practices and configuration management Scripting experience (Powershell, bash) Strong verbal and written communication skills Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
