Customer Service Representative

Join a leading family-run bag supplier in the promotional products industry in Woodstock who prints environmentally friendly paper, plastic, non-woven, and cotton bags. Customer Service Associate Duties and Responsibilities

Handle filing and mailing.

Answer phones.

Issue credit memos.

Assist with establishing credit lines and balances.

Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Customer Service Associate Qualifications and Requirements

Prior experience entering data with speed and accuracy.

General math skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

Meet deadlines and prioritize work responsibilities.

High school diploma or equivalent.
