About the Role: As an Operations Supervisor, you will ensure that Ski Butlers maintains exemplary customer service standards while overseeing day-to-day operations. Specifically, you will lead a team of Ski Technicians and Team Leaders to achieve company objectives related to Customer Satisfaction, Revenue, and Employee Satisfaction. No two days will be the same in this leadership role! Being adaptable, managing expectations, and exemplifying strong leadership qualities are key to success. We are seeking someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to company growth. Perks and Benefits: Free Big Sky Black Pass with full tram access Free Ikon Base Pass Health insurance, including dental and vision, available Opportunity to ski every day Access to over 645 industry-discounted brands through Expertvoice Discounted access to Rossignol/Dynastar/Lange equipment 401K benefits with matching for all staff members over 18 years old Location-specific customer service bonuses (up to 4 during the season) Primary Responsibilities: Set up the shop pre-season Conduct orientations for Ski Technicians and Team Leaders Manage weekly scheduling and timesheet approvals Facilitate one-on-ones and team meetings to ensure clear communication Guide Ski Technicians and Team Leaders during shop shifts Foster a positive work culture in the shop Respond to customer satisfaction surveys Ensure daily adherence to brand standards including uniforms, vans, equipment, and shop cleanliness Oversee vehicle maintenance and records for our fleet Secondary Responsibilities: Prepare the next shift for success Lead pre and post-shift meetings to clarify expectations and responsibilities Plan delivery routes and dispatch support calls for both current and upcoming shifts Assist in fitting guests with the right equipment Schedule work assignments for the following shift Provide real-time feedback and coaching Manage labor during slow periods Assist with reservation bookings and issue refunds when necessary
