As a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, you will align our people strategy with our overarching goals, fostering a culture where people come first. Your leadership will be instrumental in implementing a comprehensive approach to learning and development, succession planning, and organizational development. In this executive role, you will oversee essential HR functions such as benefits, compensation, compliance, and talent management, all while intensifying a culture of ownership and trust. We seek an experienced HR leader with a Bachelor's degree and at least 20 years of progressive HR leadership, particularly within professional services firms. Experience in employee-owned settings is a strong asset, along with a background in PE-backed environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, compassionate leadership, and exceptional communication skills. You should possess analytical prowess, structured thinking, and a client-service mindset, with a fervent commitment to continuous improvement.
