Job Title: Contract Data Scientist
Ecommerce Product Analytics Location: Hybrid
3 days onsite at 441 9th Ave, New York, NY 10001 (Remote possible for candidates with all must-haves and strong e-commerce background) Contract Duration: 7 months
Visa Requirements: Candidates must be on W2. No sponsorship available. Overview: Peloton is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Scientist to join the Ecommerce Product Analytics team. This role focuses on analytics to drive data-informed decision-making, support A/B test design and interpretation, and uncover actionable insights to improve user experience, conversion, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral and funnel analysis for e-commerce products. Support A/B testing and experimentation, including design, execution, and analysis. Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and inform business decisions. Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Identify data quality issues and provide actionable recommendations. Translate complex analytics into clear business storytelling. Participate in weekly/monthly reporting and update calls.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong SQL proficiency Experience with Looker and Amplitude E-commerce analytics experience Ability to manage stakeholders and present insights effectively

Team & Context:
This role is part of the Ecommerce Product Analytics team Will work closely with product managers and eCommerce engineers Coverage for maternity leave in December with overlap for handover and context transfer Peak reporting season: December
March Individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of Product Analytics
