One10 is seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel our growth engine. In this high-impact, front-line sales role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying inbound and outbound prospects, and booking meetings for senior sales executives. Youll also represent One10 at trade shows and industry events to support pipeline development.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a passion for technology, eager to build subject matter expertise in One10s SaaS platform and consultative selling approach. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to break into enterprise B2B selling and grow within a market-leading company.

This role is a proven launchpad into more senior sales, marketing, or client-facing roles at One10. Top performers will have the opportunity to advance to Business Development Manager or Account Executive roles.

Scope of Work

Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified leads and set meetings for the Business Development team. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inquiries to assess fit and level of interest. Research target companies, identify key stakeholders, and personalize outreach to align with business priorities. Manage and maintain data in CRM (e.g., Hubspot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date prospect information. Assist in planning and attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build relationships. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of One10s SaaS product and be able to communicate its value to prospects. Stay current on product updates, technology trends, and competitor offerings to position One10 effectively in conversations. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates from campaigns. Track and report on KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 1 3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role preferred. Prior experience with outbound outreach, sales tools (HubSpot), or CRM systems is a plus. Experience or strong interest in selling SaaS or technology-based solutions. Passion for sales, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a B2B environment. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technologically savvy and capable of understanding and articulating SaaS product capabilities. Grit, resilience, and a self-starter mindset comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection. Curiosity and active listening skills to understand client pain points and identify opportunities. Professional presence with the ability to represent One10 at industry events and in client communications. Collaborative team player with a growth-oriented attitude.

The US salary range for this full-time position is $48,000 - $58,600 + bonus eligibility based on performance (Bonus structure to be discussed during the interview). The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
