Table Mountain Veterinary Clinic is seeking a

Lead Veterinary Receptionist

to join our fast-paced, four-doctor practice in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a leadership position.

What You'll Do: Greet clients warmly, check patients in and out, schedule appointments, and answer phones with professionalism and care. Process payments, maintain accurate medical records, and assist clients with questions about services, products, and preventative care. Lead the reception team by modeling excellent client service, ensuring protocols are followed, and providing training and support to fellow receptionists. Help organize daily workflow, delegate tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with doctors, technicians, and assistants to keep the hospital running smoothly. Take initiative in problem-solving and fostering a positive, professional work environment. What We're Looking For:

Previous veterinary receptionist or customer service experience required; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. A team player who can also guide others, encourage accountability, and set a positive tone for the front desk. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine love for animals and their people.

Salary Range: $19-21/hour
