Position Overview

ServiceNet is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support ServiceNet's recruitment operations with a strong focus on in-person hiring and community engagement. You will represent ServiceNet at hiring events across all four counties (Hampshire, Hampden, Franklin & Berkshire), build partnerships, and support high-priority recruitment needs, while also providing administrative and team support within the Talent Acquisition department.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and follow up on hiring events, career fairs, and outreach across all four counties. Build pipelines through schools and community partners; serve as a professional, inclusive ambassador at all events. Ensure job postings and descriptions are accurate and updated. Support Onboarding Generalists and Talent Acquisition Specialists; liaise with hiring managers to streamline recruitment. Screen and interview candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles; maintain a pool of qualified candidates. Support onboarding and candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-up. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and track activities in the ATS. Provide reporting on recruitment outcomes and collaborate with leadership on workforce strategy. Perform duties as assigned by leadership. Minimum Requirements

2+ years experience in in-person hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach. Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
