Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. / 37.5 hours weekly
There is some work from home flexibility to be determined by manager; however, this is not a full-time remote position and requires working in the Nashville, TN office 2 days per week.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for 100% review of credential evaluations for examination, licensing, NIES, Aequo and IQEX. Responsible for documenting credential evaluation and application errors that may be discovered during quality assurance reviews.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
• Work well under pressure and consistently meet established work timelines.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain a separation of duties.
• Perform 100% complete review of credential evaluations to determine qualification for Uniform CPA Examination for level one through five domestic states.
• Perform 100% complete review of licensing credential evaluation and applications to determine qualification for licensure as a Certified Public Accountant.
• Perform 100% complete review of international credential evaluation reports for level one through ten countries.
• Perform 100% complete review of Aequo credential evaluation and applications.
• Perform 100% complete review of IQEX credential evaluation to determine qualification for Uniform CPA Examination.
• Perform credential evaluations.
• Knowledgeable of examination, licensing and international related information and material.
• Accurately identify, document and report deficiencies discovered during Quality Assurance reviews.
• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Perform Quality Assurance Administrator duties as assigned.
• Protect organization's values by keeping customers' personally identifiable information (PII) confidential.
• Adhere to all NASBA's security policies.
• Adhere to all documented policies and procedures.
• Attend and actively participate in all necessary training.
• Display basic problem solving and analytical skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Functional Relationships : All NASBA departments, employees, and boards.
Internal Customer : CPA Examination Services, Licensing Services, NIES, Aequo and related internal staff.
External Customers : Boards of Accountancy, AICPA and state societies, accounting programs, accrediting bodies, review course providers, potential CPA candidates and professional licensing agencies. All secondary schools, universities and regulatory boards who require international education evaluations.

o Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Experience/Knowledge:
o Strong time management and organization skills with strict attention to detail
o Able to multitask, prioritize and handle a large workload in varying stages of completion while meeting deadlines
o Highly self-motivated, dependable, reliable and punctual
o Experience with Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Word, Excel, Outlook 365 Email, and internet navigation
o Exhibit a professional appearance and attitude
o Enthusiastic about offering quality/superior customer service.
Education/Other:
o Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office setting
o College degree preferred
o Experience as a domestic or international credential evaluator or relevant evaluation experience preferred.
