Senior Director of Corporate Finance & Treasury
who can pair strategic vision with operational execution to support our company's rapid transformation.
This highly visible role partners directly with the CFO, executive leadership, and the Board of Directors-driving financial discipline, optimizing liquidity, and leading a high-performing finance team. What You'll Do Lead
enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis
(forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling). Provide
actionable insights
that support growth, workforce expansion, and business unit performance. Partner with executives on
M&A and strategic partnerships , including modeling and due diligence. Build and maintain
dashboards and performance metrics
to communicate financial outcomes. Direct
daily treasury operations
to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and working capital efficiency. Optimize
banking relationships, treasury systems, and payment processes ; drive automation and process improvements. Establish and maintain
internal controls
for cash, investments, and transactions. Monitor and mitigate
risks related to liquidity, credit, and operational finance . Build, lead, and mentor a
finance team , fostering collaboration and accountability. Serve as a
trusted advisor

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics
or related field. 12+ years
of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and treasury operations. 5+ years
in a senior finance or accounting leadership role. Expertise in
cash forecasting, working capital optimization, and operational finance. Proven track record of developing financial strategies and building scalable processes. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, CPA, or CFA. Experience in
healthcare, staffing, or other high-growth industries. Compensation
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000/year Final offer will be based on experience, expertise, and alignment with role requirements. Benefits (Start Day 1!)
