About the Job:
The
Senior Indirect Procurement Manager (IT)
will lead strategy development and the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for global IT categories that are mission-critical to enterprise operations worldwide. This role carries responsibility for over $120M in global spend across enterprise software, telecom, hardware, and related services. The Senior Manager will drive high-value global negotiations with major technology providers such as SAP, Microsoft, and other enterprise vendors, ensuring cost savings, risk mitigation, and compliance. In addition, this role provides leadership to a team of two procurement professionals, building capability and ensuring procurement excellence across global business units.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing coaching, support, and talent development. Sourcing Strategy:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize IT category spend, deliver cost savings, and manage risk. Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and align procurement strategies to business needs. Contract Management:
Collaborate with Contracts and Legal to prepare, review, and negotiate supplier agreements. Procure-to-Pay:
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to invoicing and payment. Vendor Management:
Build and manage relationships with critical IT suppliers, monitor performance, and lead business reviews. Category Performance:
Track KPIs, analyze spend, and deliver continuous improvement in IT procurement outcomes. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field required; Master's degree and/or procurement certifications preferred. 7-10+ years of progressive IT procurement leadership experience, including enterprise software, telecom, infrastructure, and systems. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale negotiations with SAP, Microsoft, and other global technology providers. Proven experience managing large global spend portfolios ($100M+). Strong stakeholder engagement and contract management expertise. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
Salary:
$150,000 - $185,000
