Position Description:

The Treasury Manager will actively perform a variety of financing and treasury matters, including cash management, foreign exchange, establishing and monitoring bank accounts and transactions.

General Duties and Responsibilities: Cash management - Manage daily liquidity, cash and Responsible for forecasting sources and uses of cash and consolidation of global forecast Bank account reconciliations & analysis statements Review and approve wire transfers Create and distribute treasury reports Manage intercompany loan transactions and monthly cash settlements Communicate with oversea offices on various treasury related activities Manage loan draw down or payback based upon projected cash position Resolve banking and corporate credit card related issues Support financial audits and inquiries Enhance & maintain investment policies for the company Perform other related tasks as required or assigned Responsible for banking relationships for US and China. Support other international banking relationships, if needed. Manages daily corporate liquidity to ensure adequate funding is available for entities worldwide Ensures cash availability to service outstanding debt obligations Prepare and present weekly cash forecast to Finance and Accounting leadership Maintains banking infrastructure, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories and responding to bank compliance requests Act as key point of contact and provide leadership surrounding a potential RFP for a banking partner Other duties as assigned Oversee administration and renewal of company insurance program Manage Standby LCs associated with import and drawback bonds Prepare debt interest expense forecast and monthly interest accrual calculations Review SOFR rates and perform analysis to recommend renewal tenor on debt Review and recommends finance instruments to manage and increase liquidity Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Able to adapt to changing priorities Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently, proactive personality with desire to assume additional responsibilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience highly desirable Certified Treasury Profession (CTP) preferred Proficiency in Excel is required Proficiency in OneStream a plus Personal Traits and Characteristics:

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business administration 5 years of experience in banking, corporate treasury, FX hedging & capital market Reports To:

Vice President - Global Accounting

Physical Job Requirements:

Ability to work in an office environment (remote or onsite) with extended screen time. Must be able to communicate effectively via video conferencing, phone, and written correspondence. Occasional travel may be required depending on project or business needs.

Work environment is remote with periodic on-site requirements during regular or extended business hours.
