Plant Quality Manager Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plant Quality Manager to lead all quality deliverables within a large, complex automotive manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in quality metrics and customer satisfaction, ensuring adherence to TS 16949 standards, and successfully managing the quality execution of new product launches. Key Responsibilities: Establish and review annual quality improvement and plant operational plans. Ensure all Quality Engineer (QE) deliverables (Quality Objectives, MSA, Control Plans, PPAP, etc.) are executed on time and correctly. Lead the Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) process, including FMEAs, Control Plans, and PPAPs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key customer contacts in supplier quality. Lead, develop, and manage the performance of the Quality Engineering team. Ensure strict adherence to TS 16949 Quality System policies and procedures. Participate in program reviews, phase exits, and prepare monthly assessments of QE deliverables. Enforce company safety rules and regulations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) is required. Experiences: Must have recent and demonstrated success in a large, complex automotive manufacturing operation. Proven experience with TS16949 Quality Systems and the APQP process. Hands-on experience with quality disciplines: Continuous Improvement, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, DoE, and SPC. Experience leading a quality function and providing direct leadership to Quality Engineers. Other: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and exceptional communication skills. High level of business ethics and integrity. Must be authorized to work in the US. Compensation and Benefits: Salary $110,000 - $120,000 Per Year Benefits Generous benefits package Schedule: Full-time Work arrangement: On-site
