The Associate Director's role is to provide the highest level of leadership on a significant piece of a client's business. Associate Directors have an expertise in all digital media principles and the ability to apply these to defining, planning and executing against a client's objectives. A successful Associate Director must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to both work with and guide a team supervisors and analysts responsible for day-to-day activation and campaign management. The Associate Director must lead and foster a strong level of integration of PHD among all groups within the Agency.
Collaborate with planning teams to deliver tactical recommendations on brief and strategy to deliver on client business objectives and KPIs. Ensure all campaigns are launched on time and correctly and all campaign deliver on goals. Ability to think outside the box and drive innovation across the portfolio and work on test & learn roadmap. Develop tacticals plans and translate to campaign activation structures resulting in consistently delivered requirements. Deep proficiency in all integrated PHD partners (buying platforms, data, etc.); able to plan campaigns based on partner(s) technology capability/functionality Understanding of OMG products and how they deliver on client business goals Ability to help grow and create OMG products that are scalable and add client value Build and grow partner relatiosnhips to service the client and work with partners to always evolve and innovate for the client Condcut review of processes across planning, activation, campaign management, testing and reporting and indentify process inefficienices and create solutions Think strategically about the client portfolio and what drives growth for the business and PHD Ability to work on day-to-day tasks and deliver portfolio level projects and thought leadership Provide POVs and thought leadership on new partners in tech, data, inventory and measurment. Identify new opportunities and articulate clear testing opps as well providing clear POVs for not working with a partner Creating and maintaining productive internal team relationships that ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner at the Strategist to Director level across internal teams, including: Planning, Ops, MarSci, Commerce, Annalect - Biddable/DIT/Ops, Billing teams and investment counter-partners. Creating and maintaining client relationships to ensure all brand needs are being met Identifying and selling ideas internally -- ranging from driving process efficienices, campaign optimization strategies to client management Developing a deep understanding of a client's campaign and digital marketing business needs to service them effectively and convey their needs to internal teams and external partners Campaign Execution - Mining for opportunities to deliver better performance for assigned clients Documenting and communicating client and campaign milestones, deliverables and decision points, either with client teams or directly with clients Deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the technologies we employ, including key DSPs(primarily TTD & DV360), SSPs, CM360, Prisma, and PlanIt. Playing an integral part in new product development and enhancements with our Annalect and MarSci teams Meeting regularly with mid-level client counterparts and teams to review campaign performance, develop optimization recommendations and ensure campaign recommendations are implemented Project management of contract, timelines, and deliverables for assigned Team Management - Communicating with the management team on account and group status in a professional manner befitting a senior level team member Serve as project leader and mentoring peers along with junior members of the team - Identifying areas to improve the knowledge or skills of more junior team members - Leading junior Account staff as assigned, providing ongoing feedback, career coaching and direction Communications - Develop and present presentations and proposals that clearly state and sell ideas to clients, internal teams and strategic partners Deliver and communicate results and campaign milestones in a simple, succinct and compelling fashion

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$115,000-$130,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
