As the
Procurement Supervisor , you will be a leader and analyze data for raw materials, inventory health, SSPL, track supplier performance, and team KPI's for Cleveland production to fulfill requirements of the NA Automotive OEM business. You will ensure the SBU's ability to provide excellent product availability and superior customer service while also minimizing the working capital investment. You will work onsite in Cleveland, OH and report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Primary Responsibilities :
Use Oracle R12 ERP applications to procure, schedule and review timely receipt of production materials required by the Cleveland plant, including raw materials, and intermediates. Lead Cleveland Procurement team in resolving quantity holds, Supplier CAIR's, quarterly review for raw material safe stock, and manage new materials related to product launches. Build a strong foundation within Cleveland's Procurement, Planning and Scheduling teams to drive successful production execution. Determine KPI metrics to measure success and continuous improvement. Forecast raw material usage to suppliers. Communicate known issues to production planning/scheduling and plant production. Manage supply distribution and communicate with important partners if potential impacts. Perform an ongoing review of existing inventories to ensure that inventory health remains a high priority. Work with the Demand Planning and Production Management teams to develop a deep working knowledge of their supply chain needs. Measure and manage supplier performance. Communicate these metrics to Corporate Purchasing to drive improved supplier reliability. Qualifications :
BA/BS in Business, Operations, Supply Chain OR a technical field. 3+ years of Supply Chain experience and purchasing experience. Leadership experience to evoke action from a diverse group, many of whom do not have a direct reporting relationship to you. APICS certification or similar such as CPIM, SCWC is helpful! Advanced skills with Word, Outlook, and Excel with the ability to input data, run reports, create graphs, and add formulas.

Salary range is determined by experience, skill, education, certification, and applicable industry knowledge and will be between $75,000 to $100,000 US.
