Job Profile Summary Under limited supervision, this position manages daily operations and execution of Strategic Partnerships and BCEx initiatives to ensure efficiency and alignment across with Broward College's mission.

The position coordinates programs, events, and partnerships while maintaining operational effectiveness . This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position reports to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Innovation Operations.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum Experience/Training:

Six years of relevant experience. Essential Functions:

Operations & Program Support

Coordinates logistics of BCEx and continuing education courses, programs, and events at on-site or off-site locations. Responsibilities include securing rooms, venues, managing materials, and liaising with internal and external partners or vendors. Oversees procurement processes, inventory, and resource distribution to support department initiatives. Stakeholder & Partnership Coordination

Serves as the key point of contact for external community partners and Broward College internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Maintains updated database of internal and external contacts, partnership agreements, and engagement records. Assists in establishing and managing the Strategic Partnerships commission teams, coordinating meetings and events, tracking follow-ups, ensuring completed action items, and managing supplies and materials. Marketing & Communications

Assists with the development and maintenance of newsletters, website updates, digital and physical collateral, social media content. Coordinates outreach efforts to increase awareness and participation in Strategic Partnerships, BCEx, and Workforce Education programs. Maintains inventory and distribution of marketing and event supplies and giveaways. Coordinates reorders, manages requests for materials, and assists with content updates as needed. Event & Workshop Coordination

Manages the end-to-end execution of events, from planning and scheduling to on-site coordination and post-event wrap-up, at Broward College and external stakeholders' locations. Provides on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations. Administrative and Technical Support

Provides administrative and operational support for Strategic Partnerships and BCEx Initiatives, including scheduling, calendar management and maintaining organized records. Utilizes technical tools such as Qualtrics, Smartsheet, MS Project Management, Constant Contact, and external platforms to enhance program efficiency and communication. Performs additional related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing environment, initiatives, goals, and KPIs, including but not limited to new online platforms to support operations at Broward College. In-depth functional knowledge and expertise in specialization and general knowledge of related areas in the College Ability to perform complex administrative analysis with only general supervision. Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent coordination and communication skills used appropriately influence the decision-making of individuals and groups at all levels in the College Ability to plan and manage workflows, set priorities, and achieve results Requires the ability to present and disseminate data to various levels Requires advanced knowledge of computerized systems and operating environments i.e. Microsoft Office Products and specialized computer systems Ability to interact and effectively communicate with employee and student populations Our Culture:
