Duties
Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly. Operate CNC machinery and programmable logic controllers as needed. Perform welding tasks to join metal parts securely. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CNC machinery. Strong welding skills with knowledge of various welding techniques. Electrical experience, including electrical wiring and troubleshooting. Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate industrial equipment. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Ability to perform fabrication tasks related to assembly processes. Experience operating forklifts for material handling within the facility.
