Travel Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Rehab) Location: Annandale, MN 55302 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift/Schedule: Day shift Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Job Description: - Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment programs. Provide patient-centered care to promote independence and functional improvement. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. Document care in accordance with professional standards and facility guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience: Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in MN (or eligibility). Prior experience in SNF, LTC, Home Health, or Outpatient preferred. Strong communication and patient-care skills.
