Requirements Experience:
Minimum
1 year
of Labor & Delivery/Couplet Care/LDRP RN experience Licensure:
Valid
NM or Compact RN license
(must be active at submission) Certifications (Required):
BLS NRP
Certifications (Preferred):
STABLE PALS
Charting System:
Epic (experience required) Travel Experience:

Unit Details Setting:
LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum) Rooms/Beds:
11 Care Provided:
Couplet care of well babies and laboring patients Circulate and recover C-sections Triage of obstetrical patients Assist with circumcision, lumbar punctures, UVC insertion, intubation, and stabilization
Support Services:
Respiratory, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams Orientation:
Paid onsite modules (RN: 4–6 hours) Special Notes RTO must be declared at time of submission (max 4 days auto-approved). Weekends:
Every Other Weekend
coverage required. Scrubs: Provided – any purple or navy blue OR scrubs allowed. Floating: Expected to float to similar units as needed.
