We are seeking an experienced
Clinical Nurse II – Perioperative (CVOR)
to join our surgical team. This role involves direct support of complex cardiac surgeries, including coronary procedures, bypasses, valve replacements, and aortic dissections. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dedicated cardiac OR experience and be comfortable in both scrub and circulate roles. Key Responsibilities:
Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures. Scrub and circulate during open-heart surgeries and related procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Maintain patient safety and compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Participate in on-call coverage, including evenings and weekends as scheduled. Requirements:
Licensure/Certification:
Active
California RN license
(required) BLS and ACLS
certification (required) CNOR certification
from CCI (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of
cardiac OR experience
(required) Experience in
